Payroll FAQs
How do employees receive their payslips?
Your employees have access to a secure and convenient pay portal so they can access and view their payslips, P60s, P45s and Pension information online, even after they leave your company.
Do payroll provider transfers need to happen at the start of the tax year?
No, it can be done at any time. However, to ensure a clean transition, we recommend that migration occurs at the end of a payroll period to minimise disruption.
Can you process Payrolling of Benefits in Kind?
Yes. By April 2027, all businesses must transition to Payrolling of Benefits in Kind through payroll and update their systems and processes to comply with the new requirements. We can work with you on the registration process from April 2026 or April 2027.
How quickly can you process a payroll?
We need a minimum of 48 hours from the receipt of your payroll information to process your payroll and send you draft reports. We work closely with you to agree on procedures and timeframes.
Does Paycircle link with Xero?
Yes, Paycircle links directly with Xero to post journals after each payroll run with no interventions.
