About Us

We’re a fast-growing professional services firm based in Canterbury, and we want our marketing to reflect the quality of the business behind it. Our small, ambitious Growth Team works closely with senior stakeholders to build the firm’s profile, generate new business opportunities and deliver integrated campaigns.

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support existing marketing activity and help to develop new campaigns and ideas.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, varied role supporting the delivery of marketing activity across campaigns, email, content and events. You’ll work closely with a wider marketing and growth team and directly with partners and directors across the firm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing compelling copy for email campaigns, blog posts, social media, web and marketing collateral, maintaining a consistent brand voice across all activity
  • Building and managing email campaigns and forms in HubSpot, monitoring performance and contributing to reporting
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events, working alongside the Events Coordinator on logistics, communications and follow-up
  • Researching topics, sectors and market trends to support campaign development and content creation
  • Editing and proofreading content across the team, ensuring everything that goes out is accurate, on-brand and well-written
  • Supporting social media activity, contributing to the content calendar and drafting posts as directed
  • Keeping our WordPress website accurate and up to date, implementing content updates as needed
  • Contributing to campaign reporting and helping the team understand what’s working

About You

You’ll be a detail-oriented, curious and creative marketing professional who takes real pride in their writing and their work.

You’ll bring:

  • At least two years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B or professional services
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills – this is central to the role
  • Strong research skills and the ability to turn complex information into clear, engaging content
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar email marketing platform
  • Familiarity with WordPress and basic content management
  • Experience managing social media channels, including content creation, scheduling and performance analysis across platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Confidence across design tools including Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure
  • A sharp eye for detail and a high standard for everything that goes out
  • A collaborative, proactive approach
  • Availability to work in our Canterbury office Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm

A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
