We are currently looking for a full-time Client Success Manager to join our newly created Growth team.
The ideal candidate will manage and grow existing client relationships to maximise satisfaction, retention and revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
The Role:
Working in our dedicated Growth team, you will work with the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to provide a broad range of duties including but not limited to:
- Identify opportunities to expand service usage within existing clients through cross-selling and upselling.
- Create and manage Partner upsell workstreams to deliver against upsell opportunities.
- Work with marketing to develop key service upselling campaigns.
- Work with marketing to develop client success stories and referrals.
Undertake any other responsibilities or projects as reasonably requested to support the firm’s strategic objectives.
The standard hours for this position are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. We are offering a competitive salary, based on qualifications and experience.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in client relationship management, preferably in accounting or professional services.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of the firm’s service offerings.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and client data tracking
