Robert began his career with BH in 2000 as a trainee. In 2008 he was promoted to the position of Associate and in 2012 was made Partner. He holds dual qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor, indicating his expertise in financial and tax matters.

Robert’s notable strengths lies in strategic planning and business growth. He is deeply passionate about assisting in reaching their maximum potential. His team specialises in providing a wide range of services to small and medium sized businesses, including statutory audits, personal taxation advice and payroll services. Robert’s diverse portfolio encompasses business in various stages of their life cycle and spans across multiple industries. Robert’s dedication to the firm goes beyond his client work. He served as the Head of Training for six years, reflecting his commitment to nurturing and developing the future talent of the organisation. Currently, he heads the firm’s payroll department where he played a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly in supporting all payroll clients during a period of change and uncertainty.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Robert resides in Faversham with his wife and two boys. He is a sports enthusiast, claiming to be a master in all. Additionally, he takes pride in coaching youth football for Whitstable Town, where he aspires to be a budding ‘Pep Guardiola’ indicating his passion for coaching and mentoring.
