With commitment and passion Rachel has mastered the ropes in her field, having worked in Payroll for 15 years and HR for 10 years gaining huge experience in both sectors.

After joining BH as a Payroll Assistant in 2012, Rachel swiftly flourished, progressing to Payroll Manager in 2015, Associate in 2018 and Director in 2022. Managing two key, developing and busy departments is a challenge that Rachel embraces daily.

Outside of work, Rachel loves to spend time with family & friends, including walking and bike rides in Bridge where she lives with her husband and young son.
