With a robust expertise in tax, Ken has an impressive and diverse portfolio, from personal clients through to complex company tax planning, VAT and tax investigations.
Ken is also heavily involved in mergers and acquisitions, utilising his proficiency in taxation and corporate finance. He has had an instrumental role in numerous sales and purchases of companies, fund-raising, flotation, stock exchange reporting and a £75m public to private takeover.
Born in London and raised in Canterbury, Ken joined Burgess Hodgson in 1978. Having completed his training he qualified in 1982, becoming a Partner in 1984.
When not occupied with work and family, he enjoys running, cycling and climbing, sometimes combining all three in the form of long distance mountain races. Ken has climbed extensively in the UK and overseas, including ascents of the Matterhorn and other Alpine peaks.
