Emily joined the firm in 2017, after graduating from the University of Kent with a degree in Sociology and Social Anthropology. She qualified as a Chartered Corporate Governance Professional in 2021 and was made an Associate in 2023.

Emily oversees the management of 2,500 Companies and LLPs, providing a variety of services including day to day compliance, changes in Company share structures and group reorganisations and providing general statutory support and advice to a wide range of clients.

She enjoys being able to advise on corporate matters from a Governance perspective, whilst ensuring that her clients are meeting their statutory compliance requirements.

Outside of the office Emily enjoys long walks with her dog, reading and spending time with friends and family.
